[Ecls-list] Compilation error for win32

Hi,

I am compiling ECL on a win32 box.
In the file ../../src/gc/msvc_dbg.c, I get the error that ULONG_PTR is
not defined.
Could it be that that ULONG_PTR should be replaced by ULONG_ADDR?
