[Ecls-list] ECL 9.4.1 patch release

* Bugs fixed:

 - Symbol NIL was not exported from the GRAY package.

 - GRAY:STREAM-PEEK-CHAR was not used at all by ECL.

These fixes are needed to build the modified version of
ecl-readline.lisp that I attach to this email.
