There are some symbols described in help.lsp which no longer seem to exist; for example, DEFUNC and DEFCFUN. Other symbols, such as DEFCBODY, are actually in the FFI package, but help.lsp will attach the docstring to SI::DEFCBODY, and not FFI:DEFCBODY. -T.
