[Ecls-list] Problems with repositories

* The git mirror software was in a locked state for a day or so. I had
to restart it.

* The link to CVS Browse in our homepage was still pointing to
common-lisp.net, which for some reason does not get updated. I fixed
this with a link to the Sourceforge repository.
