[Ecls-list] ASDF load-op problem

Uh...  I was confused and had actually *downgraded* to ECL 0.9i.  The
problem is the same in 0.9l.  Downgrading only
contrib/asdf/asdf-ecl.lisp to the last stable version (1.4) fixes it.
That is I now happily run ECL_0_9l with asdf-ecl.lisp from ECL_STABLE.
