- COMPILE-FILE now forces the extension of the output file to be
".fas" even if the file name was supplied.

- Fixed a bug in the hashing routines by which some of the last
characters were ignored.

- The names of the entry functions in compiled files are now produced
with a more accurate hash function, that has millisecond resolution.
