[Ecls-list] Windows binaries for ECL ?

For those who want to try it now, you may find the binary posted to 
http://www.sendspace.com/file/iukjcx 
<http://www.filefactory.com/file/4b4c34/>
It is NSIS package. You might also want to set the proper path to your 
installed ECL in $ECL/*.bat files.
