[Ecls-list] Changes in web and CVS

[Juan Jose Garcia-Ripoll]

The web page has changed significantly. It now offers everything in a
more compact and up to date way. The colors are also easier on the
eye.

As for CVS, the anonymous server is working again. I have verified it
with a clean checkout.
