[Ecls-list] git mirror set up

Hi,

I finally succeeded in setting up a mirror of the whole CVS tree,
which is to be updated every 15 minutes when there are changes.

There was a missing step in my previous configuration, which was
git-update-server-info. That is required because I do not have a
dedicated git server, neither in sourceforge nor in common-lisp.net.

Anyway, the information is now here http://ecls.sourceforge.net/cvs.html
