[Ecls-list] Problems with GMP on Win32

Trying to build ECL on WinXP with Cygwin, I ran straight into this:

I ended up hacking my mpn/x86/x86-defs.m4 locally to fix the
problem; I don't know if putting GMP 4.2.2 in ECL would do it or
not.
