IUP might work (http://www.tecgraf.puc-rio.br/iup/), at least it is very  
simple to interface with. I once did some experimenting with it on  
Windows/CLisp/SBCL and it looked promising.
There are no bindings as far I know but like I said, it shouldn't be more  
than few evenings work.
