[Ecls-list] typo in manual, MSVC build instuctions

Hello.



In the build instructions for MSVC, step 3:

   Run nmake flatinstall prefix=d:\Software\ECL  where the prefix is the directory where you want to install ECL.



nmake does not know flatinstall; but "nmake install ..." works.
