[Ecls-list] UFFI-based things on ECL?

OK, everything seems to be basically working with MSVC-based ECL
(and it only took the better part of a week! yay!).

Now, how do I make UFFI-based stuff work with it?  The UFFI Cliki
page says that ECL's FFI is "compatible", but I can't get cl-ncurses
to compile.
