[Ecls-list] BUG: ABS with complex numbers with a negative component

Hi,

The function ABS is broken on complex numbers that include a negative
component.

| #C(1 -1) is not of type REAL.
| Broken at EVAL.

ECL 0.9j (CVS 2008-04-13 22:17) on Linux/{AMD64,ia32}.
