Hi, the main source of information is the manual:

Besides that, if you look at the file ec/src/h/external.h, you will
notice that it provides ALL Common Lisp functions using just the C
calling convention described in the manual. Hence, no need to
duplicate the information that you already have in the ANSI Hyperspec
;-)
