[Ecls-list] Gray streams

I have introduce a change that might make someone's life easier. The
GRAY package now reexports all public symbols in COMMON-LISP, so that
if you want to use the generic functions CLOSE, STREAM-ELEMENT-TYPE,
STREAMP, etc, you can just use the GRAY package and not use CL.
