[Ecls-list] shortcut suport for windows

Hello,

I recently acquired a UMPC, so I thought I'd try out ecl with it.

The good news is that ecl compiles happily once you manage to install msvc 8.

Unfortunately, compiling as native code doesn't support interpreting
shortcuts as symlinks.

I've hacked in some code to do it, but I'm not entirely happy about it.

I've added the short-cut resolving code to truename, and added a
version of truename which will return nil instead of raising a
condition, and I use this from open in order to find the target.

If you want the code for this, then I'll supply a patch.

PS: What's the situation with the unboxed interface compiler stuff?
Did you get the patch that was in the queue?
