[Ecls-list] Unix fork?

ECL attempts at providing a common functionality. "fork" is not
available in all operating systems, hence it should not be in the core
library. A more reasonable approach is to build a posix compatibility
package, much like SBCL's or CLISP's and put it there, under
ecl/contrib
