[Ecls-list] Bug fixes

 - On windows, the build with ECL_THREADS=1 was broken due to a typo
in src/c/main.c

 - In Windows, CLX is no longer built by default: use "nmake ECL_CLX=1".

All of these have been fixed in the CVS version.
