[Ecls-list] error() prototype in external.h

Heya,

In the latest CVS in external.h:457, there's a function prototype:

extern void error(const char *s) /*__attribute__((noreturn))*/;

There's no "error" symbol in libecl and it makes my program fail to
compile, since error() is defined differently.

Could you remove it, please?
