[Ecls-list] compile-file-pathname and additional keywords

Hi,

COMPILE-FILE accepts the additional keyword :SYSTEM-P.  However,
COMPILE-FILE-PATHNAME refuses that keyword.  That appears to be
contrary to CLHS' requirement:
  
   If an implementation supports additional keyword arguments to
   COMPILE-FILE, COMPILE-FILE-PATHNAME must accept the same arguments
