[Ecls-list] PATHNAME-MATCH-P mishandling terminating wild char?

Is it normal that:

(pathname-match-p "ecl.dll" "ecl*")

returns NIL?
As a consequence, (directory "ecl*") doesn't give you "ecl.dll".
