Hi,

unless something urgent pops up, the last change before tagging the source
tree as ECL_0_9i:

 - Compiled functions can now have up to 65535 required arguments.

This change is required by some CFFI tests, but that is not enough as it
should be complemented by another fix that allows C-INLINE forms to have
more than 32 arguments.
