[Ecls-list] MSVC build not making ECL.dll in 0.9h ?

Hi Michael,

Okay, now it builds.

It seems that for MSVC.Net, there needs to be a /nodefaultlib:libcd

Thanks for explaining how to log stderr. I had forgotten that the
command prompt in Win does support some Unixisms.

Maybe that could get added to the build hints for Windows ? Or have I
setup something incorrectly ?
