[Ecls-list] ECL profiler?

It has disappeared. It involved some assembly code and it only worked for
x86 with particular compiler flags -- indeed it depended very much on GCC
internals IIRC --. Besides that, it needed to create a database of functions
and some other stuff that slowed ECL significantly.
