This is really weird. I just updated my cygwin distribution and I do not
see this.

The error you are experiencing is because somehow your version of cygwin
supports SA_SIGINFO but the sigprocmask function is missing. This should
not happen and it is probably a signal that your cygwin libraries are
too old.
