Hi,

I have tweaked the ECL sources so that they now compile on Windows using 
the free Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003, plus some additional tools 
that you can find on the net. Instructions are provided on the homepage, 
under "Installing".

Please report if I broke something -- I had to tweak the compilation and 
link flags of all components, because the toolkit was trying to link 
statically against libc, instead of against the shared library msvcrt 
shipped with Windows.
