I had a bit of trouble building with MingW awhile back - the build fails
when building gmp.texi with the standard makeinfo with the stable
version of MSys, which is a rather old version. However, the native
makeinfo port from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/texinfo.htm
 works fine.
