+ New function SI:GETPID returns the process number (M. Goffioul)

+ UNREAD-CHAR works on Windows sockets (M. Goffioul)

+ ECL now accepts a double dash (--) as command line option, so that 
everything afterwards is interpreted as a lisp command. (M. Goffioul)

+ The compiler now inlines MOST-POSITIVE-LONG-FLOAT and similar 
constants using the values from float.h

+ The sockets module now compiles on Mingw32 using the code for the MSVC 
port.
