[Ecls-list] How do I determine if *standard-input* is coming from an interactive terminal

Unfortunately CVS still shows the last commit date on that file as
being six weeks ago:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ecls/ecls/src/c/

Am I looking at the wrong CVS repository or something?
