[Ecls-list] Success with 0.9h and Sparc 20s

Hi,
  
It turns out that if I use -mcpu=hypersparc when I build ecl 0.9h
on my NetBSD current sparcs it builds all the way through and runs
well.  The bus error seems to go away.  Only mildly faster though :-(
