[Ecls-list] MSVC directory is missing from ecl-0.9g.tar.gz ?!!?

I got it from CVS.
You would also need native versions of sed and makeinfo in your path to
be able to complete the build.
I used these ones:
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/sed.htm
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/texinfo.htm
