I take note. I am already away and will not be able to solve this problem
for the next two weeks (the same applies to the other ones), so if
somebody comes up with a fix and commits it I will be most thankful.
Otherwise I will bring my own fixes back from holidays in a couple of
weeks.

I will also study your patch to the command line options processing.
