Supposedly, LOAD-TIME-VALUE has been fixed tonight both in the compiler and in 
the interpreter :-) The routine for compiling LOAD-TIME-VALUE was simply 
broken due to a stupid typo. The macro for handling LOAD-TIME-VALUE in the 
interpreter also had a simple problem: it accepted only one argument.
