Some time ago I fixed ILISP to work with ECL.  I only cared about
the basic features (evaluation, loading, compilation), so I have no
idea whether things like the debugger interface work/worked.

I haven't hacked/used ECL for quite some time so it is possible
that bit rot has hit the code, but if this is the case, it should
be easy to fix.  Try it and see.
