[Ecls-list] Incompatible change!!!

Hi,

as mentioned in a previous e-mail, now ECL parses the filename ".ecl.lsp" as 
(MAKE-PATHNAME :NAME ".ecl" :TYPE "lsp"). Furthermore, I have fixed the list 
of possible initialization files to
	"~/.ecl"
	"~/.ecl.lsp"
	"~/.ecl.lisp"
	"~/.eclrc"
	"~/.eclrc.lsp"
	"~/.eclrc.lisp"
They are searched in this order. If you required other names, either change 
the file top.lsp (*lisp-init-file-list*) to suit your needs, or use the 
command line option "-load".
