[Ecls-list] ECL Homepage possible error

This is due to a failure in uploading the files to Source Forge. 
However, since several weeks all my attempts to either connect to the 
Compile Farm or the file server have been rejected. And now my 
connection in Spain is too slow to attempt any remote login.
