Hello,

I've a problem with the first thing I tried to do with ecl:

[pascal at thalassa build]$ ./ecl
ECL (Embeddable Common-Lisp) 0.9
Copyright (C) 1984 Taiichi Yuasa and Masami Hagiya
Copyright (C) 1993 Giuseppe Attardi
Copyright (C) 2000 Juan J. Garcia-Ripoll
ECL is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
under certain conditions; see file 'Copyright' for details.
Type :h for Help. Top level.
> (load "/home/pascal/.common.lisp")
;;; Loading "/home/pascal/.common.lisp"
truename: no file name supplied
Broken at LOAD.
>>

Should I understand this to mean that ecl does not support file names
beginning with a dot?

Do not adjust your mind, there is a fault in reality.
