[Ecls-list] build with --enable-clx broken?

CLX is not supported at this time. The code in the source tree is old
and needs porting due to changes regarding ANSI compatibility and array
types. Furthermore, I really wonder if it is worth updating the code in
ECL (Which has never worked for me, not even before I started making
changes), or simply try to cooperate with the CLOCC project, which is
maintaining CLX right now.
