[drakma-devel] Drakma release 1.2.7

Hi,

I have released Drakma 1.2.7 yesterday.  The following changes have
been made since 1.2.6:

Support :REPORT method (Cyrus Harmon)
Make PRESERVE-URI work better - PURI:URI mangles paths with encoded &'s.
