Raymond Toy (16):
      Clean up alloc overflow routine.  Cross-compile needed.
      Remove old inline allocation function and corresponding assembly routines.
      Clean up not-inline-allocation.
      Change url to www.cmucl.org.
      Clean up and correct some comments.
