[closure-devel] [Patch]: ASDF2 fixes

Attached patch adds ASDF2 compatibility.

And a question: src/parse/sgml-dtd.lisp has two definitions of dump-dtd,
which one is right? ASDF fails to load closure-html because of this
warning.
