[closer-devel] SCL support for Closer MOP

Dear Closer MOP maintainer,

Recently one of my package started to use Closer-MOP. I found the SCL  
author, Douglas, has already done the SCL port of Closer MOP [1], why  
not just merge it? I thought it's the best way to both use newest  
Closer MOP package and have the SCL support.

I put a patch in attach, which is made from Douglas's work.
