I guess you could, but you'd have to evaluate the effort to setup that<br />

for the amount of changes we want to make. Perhaps it is not worth it<br />

for just tuning the navbar. But if you think it is, then go ahead,<br />

sounds like the correct way to implement Boostrap theming.<br />
