While I don't see much value in having an announcements list for the project itself, I do see value in having a (limited posters only!) mailing list to do announcements regarding the site, like maintenance, changes, etc.</div><div style="font-size:12.8000001907349px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.8000001907349px">Is this a good or a bad idea?
