ABCL tracker broken

Hi all,

Due to an inconsistency in server configuration, abcl.org correctly looking
up the armedbear Trac project environment. That's now resolved.

Too bad people start posting reddit comments instead of reporting to the
hosting provider. Thanks for forwarding the report!
