darcs + darcsweb migration: Saturday February 17 2018

Hi all,


The Darcs repositories that were listed in darcsweb have been migrated to
Git+GitLab; URLs to darcsweb.cgi are being rewritten to GitLab.

Please change your repository sources to the new locations.


I hope this opens up these old projects for new contributions, where
required, possible and/or desirable.
