[clo-devel] Putting statistics back into service.

Done.

There seems to be some version control of those scripts through RCS but I
didn't try anything on that side since I am pretty sure I don't have the
permissions for the directories and files it uses. I bet you'll have to do
that RCS thing from an admin account.

http and rsync stats should work again now. As far as ftp stats go I have no
clue, sorry.
