[clo-devel] RT ticket #13: eliminating the need for /var/www/project(s)

Hi,

Today, I fixed Chun's rewrite rule (the regex was too greedy), meaning
that it's no longer required to have the project and projects
directories sitting in /var/www. I've already renamed them to
project.OLD / projects.OLD and the SLIME site still works :-)

The only scripts which seems to depend on the directories existing is
cron.root.nag_about_empty_webpages.sh - however, that's not enabled
(yet).
