[clo-devel] cl-net /custom/backup/old-projects directory?

That's perfectly fine. Your project lives in /project/clazy and will
be migrated as a live project. This probably means the project can be
removed from the old-projects directory - assuming you have ongoing
development the backup is probably too old.
